Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of five (5) members with no more than two (2) members from the Tribal Council and three (3) from the general membership of the Tribe. The Board members are elected biannually by the Tribal Council at the first regularly scheduled Council meeting in December after elections at which a quorum of the Council is present.
Directors hold office on the Board for a term of two (2) years. The terms of office are staggered, as three (3) Directors are elected in odd years, and two (2) Directors are elected in even years. Directors may be elected to consecutive terms according to the discretion of the Tribal Council.

Barbara Rose is serving a term from December 4, 2010 until December 1, 2012. This is her forth consecutive term as President of the Corporation. Barbara also serves as Treasurer on the Tribal Council.
Sandra Knight is currently fulfilling a term from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2011 as Vice-President. Sandra also serves as the Vice-chair on the Mechoopda Tribal Council.
Dolores McHenry is serving a term from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2011. She has served as Member-at-Large, Treasurer, and was re-elected as Secretary in 2010. Dolores also serves on the Tribe's Election Committee, Enrollement Committee, and Education Committee.
Jimmie Durant is serving a term from December 4, 2010 until December 1, 2012. He currently serves as Treasurer and has fulfilled several prior terms on the Board. Jimmie also serves on the Tribe's Election Committee and Enrollement Committee.
Jenny Adkins is currently fulfilling a term from December 4, 2010 until December 1, 2012 as Member-at-Large. Jenny also serves on the Tribe's Election Committee.
