Projects

The Corporation strives to meet the goals of its Five Year Plan through One Year increments.  Depending on the economy, cost of construction, cost of land, and needs of tribal members, certain projects rank higher in priority than others.  Recently, the Corporation has been working toward increasing its Low-Income Rental Housing Stock.

2008 Low-Income Rental Acquisition Project 

The Corporation, in Partnership with the Tribe, recently acquired and renovated a 4-plex apartment building--the first designated as rental housing units.

 

 

 2009 Low-Income Rental Acquisition Project 

The Corporation, in Partnership with the Tribe, added an additional 4 triplexes recently acquired as a result of the 2009 project. These units were completed in 2008 and each features 1167 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Energy Star appliances, including stacked laundry machines, and single car garages. The development is located in Northeast Chico.
